二、         Documents Required for theCollection 

（一） Person to collect

1、Submit the Race Items Collection Certificate

(Login the official website "number inquiry"、check the information、download、 print and confirm the certificate with the signature)

   2、Take your own valid identity certificates(Second-generation ID card, Passport, Hong Kong and Macao permits, Taiwan Compatriots Certificate, etc.)

（二）Collect by Others(Limited up to 2 persons’ items)

1、Submit the Race Items Package Pick-Up

  (Login the official website "number inquiry"、check the information、 download、 print and confirm the certificate with the signature.)

 2、Bring the entrants themselves valid ID

    3、Submit theLetter of Authorization

（Login the official website "Package Pick-Up"、download and print it out.)

    4、Submit the copy of the agent’s ID

*For the entrants who failed to submit the above mentioned materials, the Organizing Committee reserves the right of refusing toprovide the race items*

三、Pick-up Procedure

First Step: Select T-shirt on the site, and fill the size in the Race Items Collection Certificate

Second Step: Submit your documents to the corresponding window, check the personal information.

Third Step: After confirming the information correctly, hand in the relevant certificate and pick up the race items.

四、Beijing Marathon Organize Committee Kindly Reminder(Please read carefully)

　　1、The peak hours for picking up is in the morning of the firstand the last day. In order to avoid unnecessarywaiting time, it’s highly suggested to preparethe collection certification and avoid the peak hours to collect race items.

Please take the following suggestion time to go:

2、Select T-shirt on the site. Due to the limitation for some certain sizes, the Organizing Committee will issue every size on an average basisevery day. Please arrange your time and avoid the peak hours. Once issued is not exchanged.

3、T-shirt size for reference (Provided by Adidas)

五、Traffic Routes toChina International Exhibition Center

From the airport:

-Take the airport shuttle bus to SanYuanqiao stop, transfer to bus 300or 830 and get off at the Jing 'anZhuang station.

 - (It takes about 50 RMB from the airport to the exhibition center by taxi.)

From Beijing railway station:

- Take the subway at Beijing Railway Station and get off at the Lama Temple Station, transfer tobus606, get off at the Exhibition Center Station.

- (It takes about 25 RMB from the railway station to the exhibition center by taxi.)

From Beijingwest railway station:

-Take bus 387 to BeiTaiPingZhuang from Beijing West Railway Station, transfer bus730, 731, 300 or 830 to get off at the Jing 'anZhuang

- (It takes about 40 RMB from the westrailway station to the exhibition center by taxi.)
